“Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.” — Benjamin Franklin

A Note To Our Leaders.

Yes, you’re getting bombarded regarding COVID-19 mandates.  For this reason, I invested 1000 hours of research into the history and legal administration of INDs. What you are about to learn will shock you to the core of your being.  Congress passed legislation in 1974 to stop human rights abuses by medical researchers.  Those abuses were so horrific that Nazis used them as their defense during the Nuremberg Trial.  Therefore, no American may “incur a penalty or lose a benefit to which they are otherwise entitled” when refusing to participate in COVID-19 INDs.

Civilian Document

Military

Only a president can waive the informed consent rights of a service member.  There are no exemptions to that statue. NONE!

Brian Ward

Brian has 1,000 + hours invested into the history and legal administration of experimental vaccines in America.  Brian is available for consultation, legislative efforts, legal brief analysis, and just a good old fashion conversation on the phone to restore the rights and liberties of the American people.
